Our Help Desk team, based out of our offices just outside of London, have very varied roles from front-line support helping clients with problems to working with our account management and development teams as well as so much more. Sonia who joined our Help Desk almost a year ago recently explained why she enjoys her job, “I have been given so many opportunities which have expanded my skills and knowledge, not just in my own job role but outside of my role, too.
