The Project
Initially the Costa Resource Centre was commissioned as an HR based communication platform, enabling consistent, cost-effective updates to be channelled to all personnel worldwide. Today it’s a complete resource facility for any franchisee which also includes the supply of marketing materials and other brand assets.
The Outcome
The CRC has developed into the channel through which Costa distributes all business information and updates – from store designs to fresh menu ideas, and procures its products and materials worldwide.
