The Project

Initially the Costa Resource Centre (CRC) was commissioned as an HR based communication platform and image library, enabling consistent, cost-effective updates to be channelled to all Costa personnel worldwide.

The Outcome

With Costa’s ambitions to double its size to over 4,000 stores in the next 5 years, the CRC has expanded to become a business intrinsic tool for the storing and distribution of market critical information and assets across more than 20 countries. The system continues to expand to include independent modules for:

  • The input, tracking and processing of all International franchise
    Daily Sales figures across all countries
  • International Franchise store Supply Chain ordering & management
  • Brand excellence / Store Standards & scoring database, reporting
    across all 2,000 Costa stores and counting

The CRC has developed into the single channel through which Costa distributes and receives all business information and updates – from store designs to fresh menu ideas, and procures its products and materials worldwide.
