Kam joined the Maglabs team in 2008 as Helpdesk Manager to grow and develop the global helpdesk service provision provided to all key clients. Kam brings over 9 years of corporate customer service experience from several large international companies.

Kam has successfully implemented new technologies and processes to increase the professionalism and service support times provided by the cross functional team, making the Maglabs managed services ‘award winning’ and highly valued and respected by all of our clients.

Kam is tasked to continually drive improvements, innovation and best practice into our managed services process and is completely focussed on ensuring that each client continually receives the high level of customer service and support they have come to enjoy from the Maglabs team.
