Following a review of Maglabs first year as a trading brand, Maglabs has become incorporated as a Limited Company. This commenced on 1st January 2009.
Maglabs Ltd remains 100% owned by Magnet Harlequin Holdings and so for most intents and purposes, this represents a ‘Technical’ change. David Knight and Andy Travis will continue to lead Maglabs as Joint Managing Directors with key colleagues Matt Cooper joining the Board as Client Services Director and Ian Sherratt as Technical Director.
Whilst we will continue to collaborate closely with Magnet Harlequin on many key marketing and design based systems for Magnet Harlequin clients, the Maglabs board will also drive business development in terms of its broader delivery of cross functional efficiencies and revenue generation leveraging tried, tested and emerging technologies.
